Life journey of an introvert

Random Thoughts

Took half day MC today, my first ever MC since I started working. Had headache and I felt the heat on my body. Couldn't concentrate on work very well.

It was 10.31am, 9 more mins left, which I need to inform my supervisor that I need to take afternoon leave. Still pondering whether to MC or not. Walked to the pantry and made a cup of tea, had a bun which I bought it from BreakTalk yesterday. Went back to my desk. 4 more mins to go, I'm still trying to get myself concentrating on my work in front of my laptop. Gosh.. The pain on my head came back again. Guess I really need to go back, consult the doctor of a nearby clinic, and rest. Yes, I went to tell my supervisor about it. He just asked me to send him an email and I can leave. I left office soon after.

Just woke up, felt afresh after a 4 hours nap. I think I'm better now after taken the medication. Tomorrow is another day of work. After that my long-awaited off day. Yeah!!

Some updates on work. Close to recieving 600 calls as of today. Time flies, almost 2 months I've been working. So far have been getting used to the working hours, rosters, working process and procedures. But still a lot to improve in terms of how to manage the call well with my customers, making sure by the end of the call I will be hearing things like "Thank you so much, you have been a great help to me", "Well, I really appreciate your help, thank you very much" and etc. It really makes my day and also to the customers; boosts up my confidence to perform better. Frankly speaking, it's not my forte to work this kind of position. I have no idea how long I will be staying on. I'll just take one step to another, embracing uncertainty.

Been having some deep thoughts lately. What is practical in life?? Is it practical to live our lives according to the world standard? How to be practical in spending money? Is it practical to spend more money because of the branding, the design of a product? Is it not practical if we purchase a product based on the usage itself and not the brand? Are we afraid of people looking down on us because we buy cheap, unbranded goods? Is it practical that we have to pursue branded goods so that we can stay on with the standard of this modern world? If that so, we shouldn't buy cheap stuff because it's not practical, right? Or...

If you are still thinking which one is practical and which one is not, I suggest that you spend your money on people. Do you know that there are people who can barely live on this world, people who doesn't have cheap clothes to wear, people who thinks life is a torturing process, suffering is the only word they can describe to you. So, what say you?

Another one. Would you want to have a"secured life" or a life of "taking risk"??

Would you live a life which you are able to pursue your dream car; dream house; dream wife, or a life full of uncertainty such as "will I be getting a car? Am I going to work here for long? Can someone tell me what should I do?"

If you have a choice, which one would you choose as your dream life? Or rather God's dream in your life??
