I'm not sure why, but I'm back to cooking mood again. Guess I'm more of an arts person than science because I love cooking and playing music. I really enjoy cooking good meal, inviting a few mates over to taste my dishes and watching them enjoying themselves. I really do.
Anyway, yesterday I did a Fettucini Marinara for my dinner. Today's dinner I did a grilled Sirloin steak and invited my uncle to join me. I guess I did it pretty well, and he's pretty satisfied with it. Seeing him enjoying my 'creation', that very moment was just something that is undescribable. I just couldn't describe the happy moment. I feel good!! neh neh neh neh neh... :)
I thought for a while, should I be a chef? Would that be my next transition?

I thought of doing a revamp on my bloggie because it has been in this 'settings' for a long time. The first thing that came through my mind was to changing the blog templete, trying to get rid of the greenish-filled wallpaper. So I was browsing through the sample templetes on blogger and decided to use the brownish one. I selected that and a message pop up asking me do I want to continue. I clicked 'ok' and my nightmare has just begun. I noticed that the previous customization on my blog has gone! I've lost all my hard work customization!! Gosh...
Then I realised that the message that pop up was warning me that if I change to another templete, all the customization will be lost. My bad. Anyhow I spent some time rescuing my blog through various methods, and finally I've got everything back on and running again. Sigh, no mood to revamp already. Maybe tomorrow I should try get back my mood again.
Went to watch Goal today. It's about a young Mexican guy who dreams of becoming a soccer star. He thinks that this dream can be fulfilled easily because of his tremendous skill, but eventually it's not. He had to go through many trials, embracing ups and downs before he became a famous figure among the players and the fans. It's not easy to be successful in career and life. Good movie. Recommended.

For today's dinner, I've done a Fettucini Marinara for myself. And tomorrow, I'm gonna do a grilled Sirloin steak with baked potato and boiled brocolli, plus a mushroom soup for starter. A two-course meal, and I'm gonna cook for my uncle as well. Invited him too. I guess he's very happy that I'm gonna make a meal for his dinner. Hehe..

A two-course meal, and I'm gonna cook for my uncle as well. Invited him too. I guess he's very happy that I'm gonna make a meal for his dinner. Hehe..
Wow! It's been a long time since I last blogged. Partly because lack of inspiration to write, and I must admit... Yes, laziness. *grin* Well, I think some of you might know that I don't simply blog for nothing. I'm not the type who writes about what they eat for lunch and dinner, whom they met on that day and etc. So it's hard for me to blog everyday unlike my buddy (you know who you are). Nevertheless, here I am reporting live on some of my updates in this month.
At work, I'm officially confirmed as permanent staff as of end of September. No more probation anymore. So what's the diff?? Well, everything is the same except securing my bonus, a black Siemens polo shirt and a letter of confirmation. Nothing great except more money *bell rings*. Besides confirmation, two months ago I did wrote something about my little achievement, and I'm hereby announce that I've handled more than 2200 calls as of this day. Another milestone, another achievement. I wonder if I could achieve 5000 calls by the end of the contract. Crossing my fingers.
Managed to celebrate my granny's birthday couple of weeks ago. We went to a french restaurant for dinner which is located in a quaint little city called Johor Bahru which is also my hometown :) and we had a good time enjoying the ambience, the food and the wine. It was my treat, but most importantly I could see the smiling face from my 77-year-old granny, and that really made my day.
I guess that's all of my updates.. Life has been as usual as before. I just hope that my leave application for Christmas and Lunar New Year seasons will be approved. However there could be possibility that either one of the holiday seasons can be approved. Gosh... still crossing my fingers..
